Main Objective:
The Finance Manager is responsible for all the primary and secondary aspects of the Company Accounting, Finance and Administration including legal-statutory & fiscal matters, and direct supervisor of the entire Finance team.
Reporting:
Reporting directly (hierarchically) to the country manager functionally to the Regional Finance Director (RF).
The position is the respect all company Guidelines and also corporate Governances.
A) Controlling
- Control of finance department and all other areas on financial and administration matters
- Control of administrative policies and procedures compliance
- Profitability control, budget control, productivity control
- Cost control
- Development, implementation and control of local policies and procedures
- Constantly review procedures in all areas with finance impact, for improved efficiency
- Maintain finance team at high professional level, incorporation and training of high potentials
- Coaching and development of direct staff
- Securing internal control system
- Credit Control / Working Capital Management
- Treasury Management
B) Reporting
- Responsible for financial statements and all other financial information
- Keep updated about local and corporative accounting principles and comply with them
- Provide analysis of financial statements for decision making
- Reporting to the regional head-office
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly annual reporting
- Budget coordination, preparation and reporting
- Provide regular useful information to BOD, country and line managers
C) Financial Advisor
- Financial analysis, cost control and productivity study
- MIS (Management Information System) maintenance and development
- Consulting & Financial Advisor to the country and line managers
- Project Analysis for specific cases
- Due Diligence Reviews
- Acquisition projects / Financial integration & implementation
- Cash Flow management and optimization
D) Local Matters
- Tax compliance, tax planning, tax optimization
- Payroll and Human Resources administrative coordination
- Keep local books updated and in line with local regulations
- Statutory requirements compliance and coordination
- Legal matters and contracts management
- Responsible for internal/external Audits, Transfer Pricing, and any other required review
- Outsourcing analysis and supervision
- Insurance matters and Exposure control
E) System Maintenance
- Assure the accounting system is properly set up and adapted to local needs
- Assure system tables are maintained and updated
- Assure the users have the necessary knowledge and system training
- Control system confidentiality and security
D) Leadership / Management
- Building up a strong, balanced & structured Finance Team
- Succession Planning & Back-up
- Coaching & Training of finance staff
- Finance relevant training to peers and operational staff
Job Requirements:
6-9 years experience
Good Communication Skills
